Oven Baked – Leg of Lamb

Lamb is not a traditional cut used in Filipino cuisine. However, it just works so well with Mini Pinoy Grill – All Purpose Marinade.


  • 1 x Bottle of Mini Pinoy Grill – All Purpose Marinade

  • 1 x Leg of Lamb

  • Foil

  • Tray


  • Place 2 sheets of foil in the middle of a oven tray
  • Place the leg of lamb in the middle of the foil and pour Mini Pinoy Grill all over, marking sure everything is coasted nicely (Important: Save some in the bottle for basting)
  • Wrap the lamb leg into a tight package and place in the fridge to marinade overnight or for at least 30 mins
  • Once your ready to cook, preheat the oven to 200oC fan forced
  • Bake in the oven for 30-45 mins
  • Removed from oven and open foil package. Baste lamb with the remaining Mini PInoy Grill – All Purpose Marinade. Place back in the oven for 10-15mins or until cooked
  • Serve with fresh white rice! Enjoy
