1 x Kg Chicken Wings
All Spice Seasoning
Putang Ina – Hot Sauce
- Cut wings at each joint and discard the wing tip.
- Coat wings in All Spice Seasoning, then fry in Olive oil
- Allow wings to dry
- In a wok or frying pan toss the wings with a splash of olive oil and some Putang Ina – Hot Sauce.
