The Parcel I received is damaged 

Oh no! Sorry to hear your parcel has been damaged. 

The best thing to do is to take a photo of the damage and forward it to hello@minipinoygrill.com.au.

We need the photo to clearly show:

  • The packaging,
  • The parcel label (clearly showing the Sendle reference number, for example: S3NDL3R), and 
  • The damaged item. 

Important: These elements all need to be displayed in the ONE photo.

Where do I get my digital content?

As a security measure, you are allocated one download for your digital content. Once downloaded, please make sure you keep your file in a secure place. 

You will receive a link to your content in your purchase order and also in a seperate email. Any issues, please email hello@minipinoygrill.com.au
