Marinate the Chicken: Place your chicken wings in a large Tupperware container with a lid. Pour Mini Pinoy Grill All-Purpose Marinade over the wings, ensuring each piece is evenly coated. Gently massage the marinade into the chicken for a consistent flavour.

Refrigerate to Marinate: Cover the container and let the chicken marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to develop.

Prepare the Barbecue: Preheat your barbecue on high heat. Make sure the grill or hot plates are fully heated before cooking to get the perfect sear.

Grill the Chicken: Place the chicken wings on the barbecue with the skin side down. Cook until juices start to rise to the surface (a sign the chicken is cooking through).
